This very large serving dish can easily handle a large roast or two chickens and plenty of gravy. It is hand carved and covered in a indigo blue glaze which is wiped back on the outer surface to reveal the carvings.  The tray comes in blue and gold. This tray is for warming and serving, not cooking.  It is dishwasher safe.
