    4.1 Delivery Timeframe: We are committed to delivering your ceramic products promptly. Our standard delivery time in Israel is 14 days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
    4.2 Order Confirmation: Your order confirmation email will include an estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
    4.3 Shipping Carriers: We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your ceramic products. The specific carrier for your order may vary depending on your location. 

  5. Damaged or Defective Products
    Product Inspection: We take great care in packaging our ceramic products to ensure their safe arrival. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue. 
    5.2 Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 business days of delivery. To expedite the process, provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
    5.3 Resolution: We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. This may involve replacing the damaged product, providing a refund, or offering a store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.
    5.4 Return or Replacement: In the case of damaged or defective products, we may request the return of the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and a replacement product will be sent to you as soon as possible.

    Our commitment is to ensure that you receive your ceramic products in excellent condition, and we appreciate your cooperation in promptly reporting any issues with your delivery.

  6. Order Cancellation
    Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this cancellation window, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.

    Special Orders: Please note that orders for special or customized items may have different cancellation terms. Special order cancellations are subject to review and may be subject to restocking or customization fees.
